All illustrations, text, characters, designs, and content in the app are owned by or licensed to Little Canadian Books and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law. The Little Canadian Colouring Series name and branding are trademarks of Little Canadian Books.
Artwork created by your child using the app (coloured pages, drawings) belongs to your family. You may save and share it personally. You may not sell or commercially exploit artwork generated using our illustrations.
The app allows children to create drawings (on the Ugly Stick free draw page) and save their colouring. This content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or use content created by your child.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and update the app but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Canadian Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or device damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This app is designed for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app and any in-app purchases. We encourage parents to explore the app alongside their children.
